These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jil5 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jil5.cam (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating a jil5 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain a jil5 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jil5 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the jil5 platform. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court may not register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jil5 or by PAGCOR, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during your membership.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of jil5 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in promotions.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jil5 platform. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jil5 reserves the right to reject any application where information appears to be false, incomplete, or inconsistent.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate by jil5 or required by PAGCOR, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID / SSS / GSIS)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

The name, date of birth, and other details on the submitted ID must exactly match the information provided at registration. Discrepancies will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. jil5 typically completes KYC review within thirty (30) minutes of complete document submission during business hours.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil5 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jil5 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jil5 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

All deposits on the jil5 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jil5 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 per transaction.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the jil5 wallet within one (1) to three (3) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. jil5 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method is registered in your own name and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. jil5 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations under Philippine law.

Withdrawals from your jil5 wallet may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals — that is, transferring funds to an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. jil5 will reject any withdrawal request where the destination account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players to GCash are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to two (2) banking days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 per transaction.

jil5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in circumstances where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) an active bonus carries outstanding wagering requirements; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms; or (d) a technical investigation is in progress. In all such cases, jil5 will notify the player of the reason for the delay within a reasonable time.

jil5 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jil5 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• jil5 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited in good faith.
• Any evidence of abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account closure.

All casino games offered on jil5 — including slots, live dealer tables, video poker, bingo, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer dealing procedures that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, the following principles apply: (a) incomplete game rounds due to server or network failure will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical rules; (b) jil5 will not be liable for losses arising from player-side disconnections; (c) where a malfunction voids a game result, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's jil5 wallet.

The following actions constitute material violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to an active self-exclusion order
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information at any stage
• Creating or operating more than one account on the jil5 platform
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to mask your geographic location
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using gambling as a mechanism to obscure the source of funds
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live dealer table games
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of fraud, charge-back abuse, or unauthorized payment
• Accessing the platform for the benefit of or on behalf of a third party
• Any conduct that, in jil5's reasonable judgment, damages the reputation or integrity of the platform

jil5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

jil5 provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds deposited. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil5 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the prior written consent of jil5.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from technical failures outside jil5's reasonable control.

jil5's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jil5's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

The jil5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jil5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Site.

You may request the closure of your jil5 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance — after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing time.

jil5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) regulatory requirement or PAGCOR directive; or (e) where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. jil5 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, and all gaming-related disputes are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework where applicable.

Any dispute between you and jil5 arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jil5's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

jil5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Site at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jil5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
